  My husband and I work late some nights and with three kids ....sometimes take out has to be involved! I can not say enough good things about this place! We stumbled upon it randomly and wow it's the best !!! Portions are huge....the food is delicious!! But what makes this place such huge gem is the customer service !! We actually went back tonight for more hot and sour soup ( hubby had to have more it was that good) These people just brighten up your day with amazing food and their smiles!! Check them out you won't be disappointed!!!

  The food is cheap, but its extremely greasy. I was sick from the generous amount of grease on the chicken and the rice.
  
  There was so much grease on my meal that I threw up at home. If it wasn't so greasy it would probably taste better.
  
  I can't recommend kitchen wok.

  The service was friendly enough. Atmosphere is pretty basic with limited seating. Food arrived in about 10 minutes.
  
  The issue for me was the food itself. I had General Tso's chicken. The photo pictures it with brocolli. None came wtih mine, just fried chicken and rice. And the sauce was so sweet that it was really hard to enjoy. There was no acid or spice, just super sweet sauce. The rice was really average and the eggroll was right in line with the crappy quality eggrolls you seem to get everywhere these days. What happened to the old eggrolls filled with meat? Now they are all sprouts and no flavour.

  We have been ordering from this place for years. We like the food, but the service needs to be improved. We ordered without using the menu, so when we got the wrong kind of sweet and sour pork, it was our fault, but as there are two kinds of sweet and sour pork, we feel this error could not be uncommon. I called to complain and asked for a coupon or discount, and was told they don't do that. I asked if they offered good customer service, and the woman I spoke to on the phone said, "We don't do that here." So, the food is fine, but the customer service is seriously lacking.

  Food was good. The chicken balls didn't have a huge bread coating like other places, which is nice. Prices were reasonable too. Portions we're good - 1 combo is enough for 1 person without being hungry after.
